It is so..... important to value children as people. If we can do that we can see their true worth.
I really like the quote by Stacia Tauscher. I think that not valuing children as people is a big problem with many adults. In my culture, children are often told to keep quiet when adults are speaking which can cause some children to rebel as they grow older. However, if we see children as people and give them respect, they in turn will give adults as respect and we will all learn to appreciate one another!
